This skill is internally consistent and does what it says: it helps you generate patent/search queries and research strategies and does not perform searches or require credentials. Before using it, avoid pasting sensitive or proprietary source code or unreleased invention details into the agent (patterns.json can include IP-like data). Treat outputs as research assistance only, not legal advice — always consult a qualified patent attorney for legal conclusions. If you are concerned about autonomous invocation, consider restricting the skill to user-invocable-only or reviewing agent invocation settings.
